Welcome to the fine print
When you work with Caldera Furnishings, you're agreeing to the terms outlined here. Don't worry, we've tried to keep the legalese to a minimum. Why does this matter? Because clarity prevents headaches later on.
Payment & Commercial Terms
We believe in fair play. For bespoke furniture projects and hotel outfitting, we typically require a 50% deposit to kick off the design and manufacturing phase. The balance is due upon successful installation and sign-off by your site manager.
Note: Invoices over 30 days past due may incur a standard late fee. We're an independent manufacturer, so prompt payments keep our workshop humming!
Our 17-Year Integrity Promise
Is a product really bespoke if it doesn't last? We provide a comprehensive warranty on all structural timber and joining work for up to 17 years. This doesn't cover general wear and tear from hotel guests (we've seen some things!), but it does cover manufacturing defects.
Liability Limitations
While we take every precaution during spatial planning and installation, Caldera Furnishings isn't liable for delays caused by third-party contractors or structural issues on-site that weren't disclosed during our initial consultation.
